What is All Star Cheerleading ?
Fraser Coast Cheer and Dance offers an incredible All Star cheerleading program that emphasises athleticism, teamwork, and performance. This program is designed for athletes of all skill levels and ages, providing a supportive environment where everyone can grow and excel.
In All Star cheerleading, participants learn a variety of skills, including stunts, tumbling, and dance, all while working together to create dynamic routines. The focus is not only on individual development but also on building strong bonds within the team. Each member plays a crucial role, and the success of the team relies on collaboration and trust.
Competing in All Star cheerleading allows athletes to showcase their hard work and dedication on stage, with routines that are judged on precision, creativity, and overall performance. The program also instills important life skills such as discipline, resilience, and sportsmanship.
Our coaches guide our althletes to show case their skills in a creative 2min 30 Routine's.

Meet the Team
Owner
Delica Woodman
With over 20 years of experience in dance and more than 6 years immersed in the cheer industry, I’ve dedicated my passion within this indusrty to empower young athletes through movement, creativity, and community. As Head Coach and lead choreographer, I bring a fusion of technical expertise and artistic flair to every routine, blending cheer and dance with precision, passion, and purpose.
My background spans fitness, performing arts, and music editing, allowing me to craft performances that are not only visually stunning but emotionally resonant. I take immense pride in my work and pour my heart into every detail—from choreography and costume design to athlete development and team culture.
What drives me most is watching athletes grow—not just in skill, but in confidence, character, and connection. I’m deeply committed to creating an inclusive, supportive environment where every individual feels seen, valued, and inspired to shine.
Fusion AllStars isn’t just a team—it’s a family. And I’m honored to lead it with care, dedication, and a whole lot of sparkle.
Coach
Miss Liz
Liz has been a cheerleading for 7 years, after joining her university cheer team she fell in love with the sport and couldn't get enough. She's been a dancer and gymnast for her whole life and loves the adrenaline rush of performing for a crowd.
She has previous experience as a gymnastics and dance coach, but it's her first time coaching cheer in 2025 and she is loving the opportunity to bring this amazing sport to athletes in Hervey Bay. Watching the athletes grow and fostering each indivuals strengths has been hugely rewarding and a wonderful blessing.
During daylight hours, Liz works as a dietitian and in her spare time enjoys reading fantasy books and spending time with her cat, Gracie.
